What if I receive a damaged item?
Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the situation as quickly as possible.

Can I return or exchange my fragrance ?
Due to hygiene and product safety, we can only accept returns for unopened and unused products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us before sending anything back.
What if my package is lost or delayed ?
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email. If your package appears lost or has not moved for 14 business days, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
