Fragrances are ready to ship. Orders are handed over to UPS as quickly as possible, and delivery within Canada typically takes about one week. A tracking number is sent by email after shipment. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for products that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Please email support@shkoka.com before making any returns.
